What You’ll Be Doing (Depends on Your Experience)
 
No two roles look exactly the same, but here’s what our teams generally work on:
Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems on commercial and industrial projects
Reading prints, following plans, and executing work safely and correctly
Supporting crew leads or leading crews yourself (Foremen & Supers)
Coordinating with project managers, inspectors, and other trades
Keeping jobs moving while maintaining Titan’s safety and quality standards
 
If you’re a Helper or Apprentice, we’ll teach you.
If you’re a Journeyman, we’ll trust your skills.
If you’re a Foreman or Superintendent, we’ll rely on your leadership.

Experience level appropriate to the role you’re applying for
Willingness to learn (or lead) and take pride in your work
Ability to work safely, reliably, and as part of a team
Licensure or certifications where required (Journeyman & above)
