Job Description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Verifies and pays jackpots accurately & timely
  • Provides secure and reliable transport of cash to customers at off-site locations
  • Provides excellent customer service at all times
  • Practice heightened security protocol and safety procedures
  • Asset protection
  • Demonstrate competence ensuring accuracy Safety in the operation of company vehicles Perform all duties inside and outside of vehicles
  • Comply with all licensure and/or certification related to operating company vehicles and carrying a firearm
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Comply with federal and state safe driving standards and practices
  • Comply with state and company standards related to carrying and use of a firearm
  • Reconcile all valuables at the beginning and end of each shift
  • Demonstrate security awareness when performing all tasks associated with the armed guard/drawer fill positions
  • Minor machine repair at times
  • Employs use of all senses to assess threat conditions - reports all suspicious activity to base and/or law enforcement

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • At least six (6) months' experience as armed guard preferred
  • At least six (6) months of cash handling experience
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must possess a valid unrestricted state driver's license within the jurisdiction in which the company operates
  • Must possess a firearm and a valid CCW
  • Must have or apply for & receive a Gaming Registration with the NV Gaming Control Board
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English in order to effectively and efficiently follow directions, document incidents, write statements and communicate with co-workers and customers.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with this job description
  • Frequently stepping in and out of the vehicle
  • Frequently required to bend (placement of currency and lifting) and twist
  • Must be able to tolerate secondary tobacco smoke & high noise levels
  • Consistent outdoor work delivering and retrieving currency at public customer locations
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. or more at any given time
  • Must be able to comply with all physical & mental requirements
  • Lengthy periods operating a company vehicle and/or guarding liability requiring tolerance of restricted space
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English

Base Pay Range:
$20.00
This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset.
