Job Description

Title: HEDIS RN/LPN


Location: Baton Rouge, LA


Daily Responsibilities:

  • ย Performs provider/practitioner medical record reviews, abstraction and data entry for HEDIS and HEDIS-like measuresย 
  • Reviews assigned medical records in order to abstract clinical data elements for HEDIS reporting
  • Integrates data collected from a variety of electronic and paper sourcesย 
  • Documents abstraction findings in HEDIS database toolย 
  • ย Is responsible for meeting daily abstraction production goalย 
  • ย Is responsible for meeting and maintaining quality requirement of 95% abstraction accuracyย 


Hours for this Position:ย ย Mon-Fri daytimeย

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Experience working in EMR systemsย
