The ideal candidate is discreet, emotionally intelligent, and operates with calm confidence under pressure. You understand how to move seamlessly between boardrooms, investor meetings, private travel coordination, personal lifestyle management, and the daily rhythm of two executives whose time is extraordinarily valuable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including private aviation, luxury accommodations, ground transportation, dining, and detailed itineraries
  • Act as a gatekeeper and strategic partner to the CEO and COO
  • Handle sensitive personal and business matters with absolute discretion and confidentiality
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, and investor-facing documents
  • Liaise with investors, family offices, vendors, and senior-level stakeholders with professionalism and warmth
  • Oversee personal appointments, reservations, gifting, events, and lifestyle logistics
  • Anticipate needs several steps ahead and proactively solve problems before they arise
  • Maintain composure and flexibility in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Support special projects, events, and operational initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills, concise, and professional
  • Highly organized with elite-level multitasking abilities
  • Strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and modern productivity tools
  • Ability to operate independently while maintaining impeccable follow-through
  • Naturally service-oriented with a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Comfortable navigating both corporate and personal responsibilities seamlessly
