Job Description
This position will support a diverse portfolio of hedge fund clients by overseeing fund accounting, financial reporting, investor activity, and key operational processes. Lead client relationships, drive process improvements, mentor junior team members, and ensure accurate, timely delivery of all client and regulatory requirements.
What you'll do
  • You'llsupport a portfolio of hedge fund and private equity clients, ensuring accurate fund accounting, financial reporting, and investor allocations.
  • Review key financial activities, including journal entries, management fees, capital calls and distributions, reconciliations, and waterfall calculations.
  • Manage client deliverables, investor communications, audits, and tax-related requests while ensuring compliance with partnership agreements and deadlines.
  • You'llidentify opportunities to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and respond to ongoing client and ad hoc requests.
  • Lead client onboardings, mentor junior team members, and help drive high-quality service delivery across the team.

  • You've led and developed teams effectively while delivering excellent client service and fostering collaboration.
  • You manage multiple priorities with accuracy, have excellent attention to detail, and deliver professional communication under tight deadlines.
  • You leverage advanced knowledge of Advent Geneva, Outlook, Excel and Word to drive efficiency and precision.
