About the Role:ย 

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Vice President to join our Client Experience Platform team, with a strong focus on Hedge Funds This leadership position will be crucial in implementing and delivering digital workflow solutions that enhance our clients' web experience across the CitcoOne platform, specifically for Private Equity, Real Estate Funds, and other Private Asset classes.


Working closely with the Senior Vice President of Client Experience Platform, this role will transform traditional client interactions into seamless digital experiences tailored to the unique complexities of Hedge Fund products, while maintaining consistency across other business lines such as Private Assets and Real Assets and Fund of Funds.


This role combines deep understanding of hedge fund client workflows with digital transformation expertise to create efficient, user-friendly solutions that streamline interactions and improve operational efficiency. The VP will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement digital workflow opportunities that elevate the client experience for institutional investors and private asset managers.


This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Client Experience Platform.

About You:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, workflow automation, or similar roles within financial services, with specific exposure to Hedge Funds.

  • Proven track record of implementing digital workflow solutions for Hedge Funds.

  • Strong understanding of business process management and workflow optimization for complex hedge fund structures.

  • Experience with client-facing applications and user experience design tailored to institutional investors and private asset managers.

  • Deep knowledge of financial services operations, particularly hedge fund servicing and client service processes.

  • Strong project management skills with experience in agile methodologies.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for private asset workflows.

  • Bachelor's degree required; relevant advanced degree preferred.

  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and team members globally.

Salary Range: CAD 115,000 - 155,000
