This role provides an excellent platform for professional growth and mentorship within a dynamic brokerage environment.
Responsibilities
• Support senior brokers in the execution and facilitation of SOFR options trades across a diverse client base, including banks, hedge funds, and asset managers.
• Maintain real time awareness of market flows, liquidity conditions, and pricing dynamics in SOFR options and related interest rate products.
• Prepare and distribute market color, pricing runs, and trade axes to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in managing trading order books, monitoring client interests, and ensuring accurate and timely communication between counterparties.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through consistent, reliable, and informed interaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams-including compliance, operations, and technology-to ensure smooth trade processing and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to desk analytics, including volatility tracking, curve behavior, and relative value insights.
• Continuously expand product knowledge and stay current on macroeconomic developments, monetary policy, and market structure changes impacting SOFR and CBOT Treasury future derivatives
Qualifications

• High attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and comfort working with data.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a high pressure, time sensitive environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and live trading platforms such as TT.
• Minimum 5 years of experience on a bank trading desk-ideally within rates, options, cross asset sales, or macro markets. This background provides a valuable foundation for understanding client needs, market structure, and trade mechanics.
• Must possess an active and transferable book of business with established client relationships.
