We have partnered with a large Civil Engineering company in the Chantilly, VA area to provide them with a Water Resources – Senior Project Manager.   Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

 

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Water Resources – Senior Project Manager:

#1. A minimum of 10+ years of related professional experience

#2. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or similar degree

#3. Professional Engineer license (VA) with ability to obtain in other states as required

#4. Previous experience with managing teams of multiple engineers

#5. Proficiency with H & H modeling software such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, HEC-1, HY-8, Flowmaster

 

Requirements of the Water Resources – Senior Project Manager: 

  • A minimum of 10+ years of related professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or similar degree
  • Professional Engineer license (VA) with ability to obtain in other states as required
  • Previous experience with managing teams of multiple engineers
  • Self-motivated individual that can handle multiple projects & responsibilities while helping the firm’s water resources practice grow and develop
  • Ability to adapt to varying regulatory standards among many jurisdictions.
  • Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
  • Strong quality control skills and attention to detail
  • Expert mathematical/analytical skills
  • Proficiency with H & H modeling software such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, HEC-1, HY-8, Flowmaster

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with ArcMap, or similar
  • Proficiency with Autocad

 

Other Key Requirements:

  • Work on-site.
  • No sponsorships or visa holders.  No Corp-to-Corp.
  • Prefer someone with local experience (Client do not pay for relocation expenses).
