Responsibilities
Job Summary: The Technical Support Rep - Floor Maintenance Representatives are responsible for Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the sales floor and perimeter areas of the store on a daily basis while providing superior customer service. They must be able to work in a fast paced environment that requires detail and precision in their daily tasks. This job could include a position in the Receiving Department and duties will vary as assigned or listed in special requirements.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
Cleans, sweeps, mops, dusts, and maintains entire store's cleanliness and safety
Cleans and picks up trash and debris from flower beds and yard around the store
Responds with a sense of urgency to hazardous floor conditions
Adheres to OSHA standards in chemical usage
Utilizes HEB chemical program and correctly organize/maintain stock in maintenance room
Washes windows and mirrors throughout store
Empties and cleans trash receptacles
Maintains ceiling air vents and replaces light bulbs
Assists customers in the location of product
Ensures food safety and sanitation standards are achieved by following SOPs
Other duties may be assigned
