Job description

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Construction Supervisor for a position located in Amarillo, Texas. The Construction Supervisor will support Base Capital Projects across multiple power plant sites.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in power generation or heavy industry.

Construction Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily on-site supervision during project overhauls.
  • Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and plant personnel.
  • Monitor construction activities including welding, scaffolding, painting, and equipment installation.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed, especially during critical lifts.
  • Compile weekly reports and track project documentation (e.g., weld x-ray reports).

Requirements of the Construction Supervisor: 

  • 5–7 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in power generation or heavy industry.
  • Mechanical or civil background preferred; familiarity with power plant components (boilers, turbines, condensers).
  • Experience with critical lifts and vendor oversight.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to travel.
