Position Overview
WorkSolved Staffing is recruiting for a Heavy Equipment Operator for a direct-hire opportunity with a growing West Michigan employer. This is a 1st shift position with likely overtime and excellent benefits available immediately.
The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for safely operating equipment in a production and materials-handling environment. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working outdoors and around heavy machinery.
Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently, Including loaders, skid steers, forklifts, or similar machinery.
  • Move, load, unload, and organize materials as needed.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance concerns.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Support production needs and work with the team to keep operations moving smoothly.
Schedule

Overtime is likely depending on production needs.
