Hammond Services is growing, and we're looking for dependable HVAC Maintenance Technicians who want to build a long-term career with one of Georgia's most respected Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical companies.
In this role, you'll perform preventative maintenance, system inspections, and tune-ups on residential and light commercial HVAC systems while continuing to develop your technical skills through ongoing training and mentorship. What You'll Do
  • Perform preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
  • Complete seasonal tune-ups and system inspections.
  • Identify maintenance concerns and recommend necessary repairs.
  • Accurately document work performed using company software.

  • Work safely and follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with fellow technicians and management to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum of 6 months of hands-on HVAC field experience required.
  • Experience performing preventative maintenance and HVAC tune-ups.
  • EPA Certification (Type I, II, III, or Universal) preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (minimum driving age of 22).
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to continue learning and advance within the company.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed during peak seasons.
