Ful-Bro Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is looking to hire experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our team full-time. The service techs will do residential and light commercial work in and all around the Metro-Atlanta area. If you are a skilled technician and are looking to join a family-oriented business with the opportunity for growth and to build a long term career, Ful-Bro is the company for you.

Our full-time HVAC Service Technicians earn an hourly rate including any overtime and monthly commission/spiff pay. On top of the earning potential we also offer a generous full-time benefits package which includes 100% employer paid medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term insurance, vacation and holiday pay to all employees. We provide a 401K plan with employer matching, paid training, opportunities for growth, and a family-friendly environment. All service techs are given a take-home vehicle and are supplied uniforms paid for by Ful-Bro. A yearly tool allowance is also offered to help build your tool supply.

An ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot/diagnose and perform replacement of HVAC related components for air conditioners & heat pumps, furnaces & air handlers and small rooftop units. Including thermostats, air filters, low and high voltage wiring as well as internal components such as compressors, capacitors, motors switches, circuit boards and all other internal parts. Must be able to perform routine preventive maintenance on all HVAC systems. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate to the customers any problems found and educate them on products and services offered by Ful-Bro.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of residential and light commercial experience
  • Must be EPA certified - NATE certified a plus
  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, extensive kneeling, squatting and stooping and able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Must be able to carry ladders, work from heights, and in small places
  • Must be able to work unsupervised at your own pace to get calls done
  • Must be able to use an iPad
  • Must be able to work a weekend on-call rotation
