Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Heat Seal Operator to work in an active production facility. Responsibilities include applying and removing company and name emblems and ID tape/bar codes on uniform shirts and pants using an industrial heat sealing machine. The position involves repetitive motions over the duration of an entire shift, including sitting, walking, standing and repeated bending, stretching, twisting and lifting. Daily accuracy of work is necessary for inventory control and accountability. Additional responsibilities include housekeeping and adherence to health and safety standards.

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $17.70 - $22.13/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
