Department: Manufacturing / Production
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Reports To: Production Supervisor

Position Overview

The Heat Press Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining heat press machinery in a manufacturing environment. This role ensures production runs efficiently, safely, and at required quality standards while meeting output expectations.

  • Basic understanding of production and plant processes
  • Analytical and numerical skills, including the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) using various units of measurement
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early or late hours, weekends, and overtime as needed

Essential Job Functions

  • Set up heat press machinery for production runs
  • Start, operate, and adjust machinery to maintain optimal performance
