Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and establish relationships with potential referral sources, including Managed Care Options (MCOs).
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase referrals and grow the client base.
- Travel to clients' residences to complete the intake process and gather required documentation to initiate services.
- Conduct regular visits with referral partners to maintain strong, ongoing relationships.
- Represent America's Home Health Services at health fairs, community events, professional networking meetings, and senior expos.
- Monitor local market trends and identify new outreach and business development opportunities.
- Distribute marketing materials to community partners and healthcare organizations.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all outreach and marketing efforts.
- Track referral activity and business development efforts accurately.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on progress toward business development goals.
- Support office coordinators as needed and demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or community outreach (home health or senior care experience preferred).
- Proven track record of business development and referral generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for travel.
