Job description

Job Title: Home Care Consultant
Location: Central PA Region

Position Summary
The Home Care Consultant plays a critical role in the growth and success of America's Home Health Services in the Central Pa region. This position is responsible for identifying and developing referral sources, generating new business opportunities, representing the company at marketing and community events, and promoting our services throughout the community.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for senior care, and proven experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare outreach.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential referral sources, including Managed Care Options (MCOs).
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase referrals and grow the client base.
  • Travel to clients' residences to complete the intake process and gather required documentation to initiate services.
  • Conduct regular visits with referral partners to maintain strong, ongoing relationships.
  • Represent America's Home Health Services at health fairs, community events, professional networking meetings, and senior expos.
  • Monitor local market trends and identify new outreach and business development opportunities.
  • Distribute marketing materials to community partners and healthcare organizations.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all outreach and marketing efforts.
  • Track referral activity and business development efforts accurately.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on progress toward business development goals.
  • Support office coordinators as needed and demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or community outreach (home health or senior care experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of business development and referral generation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for travel.
