Job description

Practice OB/GYN the way it was meant to be practiced.

At Diana Health, we’re redefining women’s healthcare—removing barriers to access and ensuring every woman receives the care she deserves, regardless of her economic status or insurance coverage.

We believe physicians should be able to deliver meaningful, high-quality care without the constraints of volume-driven models, while also having the time and space to build a fulfilling life outside of medicine.

Why Diana Health?

  • Mission-driven care: Expanding access to women’s healthcare for all patients—regardless of insurance or ability to pay
  • Practice at the top of your license with strong Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) partnership
  • No wRVU or productivity pressures—focus on patients, not volume
  • 3.5-day workweek with the ability to create multiple 3-day weekends and true life outside of work
  • Accelerated surgical volume: Build your OR experience in months, not years, with strong partner support
  • Base salary + annual bonus (competitive for the market)
  • CNMs take first call, allowing physicians to focus on higher-acuity care
  • Manageable call structure with significantly more time off than traditional models
  • Integrated care teams: mental health providers, lactation support, educators, and specialists
  • Tech-enabled, well-supported practice backed by a national network focused on quality and sustainability

About the Role

  • Provide full-scope OB/GYN care across the lifespan in both clinic and hospital settings
  • Perform gynecologic procedures and surgeries with early and consistent OR access
  • Take scheduled 24-hour call shifts from home as backup to in-house CNMs (24/7 coverage)
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team
  • Participate in quality and outcomes-driven initiatives

Who We’re Looking For

  • Residents seeking a strong, supportive start with immediate surgical growth
  • Experienced OB/GYNs looking for a more sustainable, patient-centered model
  • Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN
  • Licensed or eligible in Tennessee
  • Collaborative, mission-driven, and committed to improving women’s health access

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation + bonus
  • Medical, dental, and vision (HSA/FSA options)
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid time off + paid parental leave
  • CME and conference allowance
The Bottom Line

This is more than a job, it’s an opportunity to practice with purpose, expand access to care, and build a career that is both professionally fulfilling and personally sustainable.
