Care Transformation Project Coordinator

Position Summary
The Care Transformation Project Coordinator partners with Care Transformation leadership, Clinical Institutes, and cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic clinical initiatives and performance improvement projects. Responsibilities include project coordination, tracking timelines and deliverables, analyzing and summarizing data, developing reports and presentations, and supporting operational implementation efforts. This role helps ensure initiatives remain aligned, on track, and supported by data-driven decision making.
Minimum Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience leading or coordinating small to medium-scale projects, initiatives, or process improvement efforts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred:
  • Clinical background and/or healthcare operations experience
  • Lean Practitioner and/or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Minitab, or similar data analytics tools

  • Location: BayCare System Office West- Clearwater FL
  • Status: Full Time, Exempt
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Remote Status: Hybrid
  • Weekend Requirement: None
  • On Call: No
