Job description

Title: Systems Analyst II
Location: Detroit MI--Hybird
Dept: PCR & HCR Units
Healthcare payer and NASCO exp is must
 
Will this position be required to work onsite for any reason at any time? Yes, resource will be required to come onsite twice a week.
 
Engagement Description
Responsible for the delivery of major health care payer National Health Care Reform benefit policy changes. The work includes but is not limited to business requirement assessment, detailed system analysis, benefit designs and claims testing.
 
Responsible for implementing benefit changes for multiple customers, working in the claims benefits system to identify and document system changes, claims testing and validation of system enhancements and implementation of changes.
 
Analysts must have a working knowledge of the business area that they support. They need a solid understanding of the client's existing business processes, the key drivers and measures of success and the short- and long-term direction of their business and technology.
 
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience
* NASCO System experience 2-3 years
* Strong knowledge of benefit file and claims testing on NASCO
* Strong benefit file system analysis skills, ability to create test cases based on system requirements and experience writing benefit file CSRs
 
Required Skills/Experience The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
* Ability to read and interpret business documents (BDD's, SER's & PCR's)
* Working knowledge of NASCO, BFAST, BFM and other NASCO application tools
* Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.

* Proficient with Sharepoint
* 3 years of healthcare system experience preferred
 
Education/Certifications Include:
* Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
