Havenova Home Care Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support clinical oversight, care planning, and Medicare compliance across our home care operations. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality patient care, accurate documentation, and adherence to regulatory standards.

The RN will work closely with caregivers, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and maintain compliance with all applicable clinical and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Review and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Coordinate care with caregivers, physicians, case managers, and families
  • Monitor patient condition and document changes appropriately
  • Ensure care delivery aligns with care plans and clinical needs
  • Support Medicare and state compliance requirements through proper documentation and oversight
  • Perform supervisory visits and quality assurance checks
  • Participate in chart audits and compliance reviews
  • Provide clinical guidance to caregivers and staff
Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment (MA required)
  • Home care, home health, or case management experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of clinical documentation and compliance standards
  • Experience with Medicare guidelines preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • CPR certification required
