• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs to identify appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each client's individual goals and needs.
• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities aimed at facilitating personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Establish and track therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring client progress to ensure a successful therapeutic journey.
• Provide teletherapy options to enhance accessibility for clients, particularly those with challenges in accessing traditional face-to-face services.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to uphold ethical standards and compliance.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and improve therapeutic techniques.

Our client population consists of individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. • Current and valid state licensure as LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is essential.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach in working with diverse populations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple clients and schedules effectively.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a clinical setting, with a track record of successful therapeutic interventions. Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic health record systems will be an advantage, as we utilize modern technology to enhance client engagement and support.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
