Full-Time | Remote | Base Pay + Commission

HealthBar is seeking an experienced Healthcare Solutions Consultant to help employers across the United States reimagine healthcare through our connected model built on Access. Network. Data.
This consultative sales role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new employer partnerships while building trusted relationships with employee benefits brokers, consultants, agencies, TPAs, and other strategic referral partners.
The Healthcare Solutions Consultant works with HR, Finance, Operations, executive leadership, and business owners to understand organizational goals and develop healthcare strategies that improve access, strengthen care coordination, and create measurable value. The role can sell nationally and is not restricted to traditional geographic territory.
This position is a key member of HealthBar's Revenue Team and collaborates closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, Healthcare Partnership Specialists, clinical leadership, operations, and marketing. The consultant owns the sales process from qualification through contract execution and is supported by team members focused on prospect engagement, lead generation, account management, implementation coordination, customer continuity, and revenue operations support.

Position Details
  • Schedule: 1.0 FTE | 40 hr/week, Monday - Friday
  • Location: Anywhere in the U.S
    • Candidates located in the Eastern or Central Time Zones preferred

What You'll Do
As a Healthcare Solutions Consultant, you'll help employers identify opportunities to improve employee health while controlling healthcare costs. You'll serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process, building long-term partnerships and helping organizations understand how HealthBar's services can support their workforce.
Responsibilities include:
  • Develop new employer partnerships through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building
  • Cultivate strong relationships with HR leaders, executives, business owners, and benefits decision-makers
  • Build and maintain partnerships with employee benefits brokers, consultants, TPAs, and other referral sources
  • Lead consultative sales conversations from initial discovery through implementation
  • Present HealthBar's employer healthcare solutions in a clear, engaging, and value-focused way
  • Understand each client's workforce, business goals, and healthcare challenges to recommend customized solutions
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue goals
  • Track sales activity, forecasting, and customer interactions within the CRM
  • Partner closely with marketing, operations, and clinical leadership to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Represent HealthBar at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, thinking strategically, and helping organizations solve meaningful challenges.
Qualified candidates will have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of successful consultative B2B sales or business development experience
  • Experience selling healthcare, employee benefits, occupational health, wellness programs, HR solutions, or related services
  • Experience working with employers and executive-level decision makers
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term client relationships
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to travel
