Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Simulation Center Program Manager, you will help facilitate simulation-based learning within the Graduate Medical Education (GME) department. 

Everyday you will provide simulation based medical education for all resident physicians and visiting medical students. The position enhances the skills and abilities of all learners by organizing, scheduling, and maintaining the simulation center and its associated equipment. This position provides essential technical and audio/visual support for simulation operations and technology including preparation, maintenance and repair of complex computerized systems and associated software, the operation of the data capture systems, related multimedia, and data collection. 

To be successful in this position you need to have responsibility for setup, breakdown, moulage, and programming of requested healthcare simulations. The individual in this position communicates with diverse groups of medical students, residents, fellows, faculty, staff, and community members. 

Job Requirements

Required:

Associates Degree

Minimum (three) 3 years experience in area of healthcare simulation

Additional experience in audiovisual technology, information technology, adult education, healthcare, and other relevant fields.

Preferred:

Bachelors Degree
