As a Healthcare Recruiting Specialist, you'll play a vital role in shaping Willowbrook’s workforce and contributing to our continued excellence while growing our workforce.

Role Overview:

As an Healthcare Recruiting Specialist, you will be a key player in our hospice and palliative care recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include creating job postings, sourcing candidates, correspondence with applicants, facilitating interviews, coordinating background checks, and ensuring timely processing. Managing the full life cycle of the employee.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 1–2 years of recruiting or HR-related experience, preferably within the healthcare services industry.
  • Previous experience in hospice/home health is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to company sites and attend hiring events as needed (typically 1–2 times per month).
  • Reliable vehicle required.
