This is a 100% commission-based sales opportunity with no base salary. Sales representatives earn commission on successfully closed PatientCom customer agreements they help generate.

The Opportunity

PatientCom is seeking a motivated, results-driven Healthcare Technology Sales Representative to develop new business relationships with healthcare organizations and turn qualified opportunities into new PatientCom customers.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable prospecting for new business, developing relationships with decision-makers, understanding customer needs and helping move opportunities through the sales process to close.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
  • Research prospective healthcare organizations and decision-makers.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and other appropriate channels.
  • Build relationships with healthcare leaders and prospective customers.
  • Introduce PatientCom and communicate its business value.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand organizational needs and communication challenges.
  • Qualify prospective customers and develop sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate and participate in PatientCom demonstrations and sales conversations.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process.
  • Help move qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline toward close.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospecting and sales activity.
  • Collaborate with PatientCom leadership when product, technical or executive involvement is needed.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, persistent, professional and comfortable generating new business.

Candidates should have strong communication and relationship-building skills, be comfortable communicating with business decision-makers and have the discipline to manage opportunities through a B2B sales cycle.

Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, healthcare technology, software sales, healthcare operations, contact centers or business development is preferred.

Existing healthcare industry relationships or a professional healthcare network are a plus.

What You'll Represent

You'll introduce healthcare organizations to PatientCom and help prospective customers understand how modern communication technology can improve patient engagement and healthcare operations.

You'll work with healthcare leaders to identify communication challenges, introduce the PatientCom platform and develop opportunities with organizations that may be a strong fit.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based sales opportunity with no base salary. Sales representatives earn commission on successfully closed PatientCom customer agreements they help generate.

Specific commission rates, eligibility requirements, payment timing and applicable incentives will be discussed with qualified candidates during the interview process and documented in the applicable compensation agreement.
