Job description

We’re looking for a seasoned clinician to provide hands-on clinical leadership across our primary care practices in Northampton and Amherst, MA. In this role you’ll spend roughly 70% of your time seeing patients and 30% on administrative leadership—mentoring providers, optimizing care delivery, and helping shape the future of our practice.

What you’ll do

  • Lead efforts to maintain and raise clinical standards, quality, and patient safety.
  • Mentor, evaluate, and support primary care providers to promote professional growth and consistent care.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance and partner on risk management.
  • Streamline workflows, staffing models, and care delivery to improve efficiency and access.
  • Drive population health and value-based care initiatives in collaboration with clinical and administrative teams.
  • Use EHR data and other analytics to identify opportunities, improve outcomes, and measure progress.
  • Enhance patient experience and manage service recovery when issues arise.

Time commitment

  • Active clinical practice: ~70%
  • Administrative/leadership responsibilities: ~30%
