Job Summary:
ArchWell Health is seeking a strong, operations-minded professional to join us as a Business Systems Analyst. We are a fast-paced, high-growth company, making it crucial to build and integrate our systems to support, organize, and automate the transfer of employee data. This position will be responsible for owning a proactive, systems approach to the employee life cycle. They will be a strong collaborator and thought partner with stakeholders throughout the organization to gather requirements and oversee the build of an accurate, automated, and integrated network of systems.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and thoroughly understand what needs to be supported by information systems and technology
  • Design and build a roadmap for how and where employee information exists in our various systems
  • Manage and direct the process of integrating systems to allow for data extraction and automation
  • Collaborate with IT to implement workflows that will provide a positive user experience
  • Develop clear communication plans about system needs, implementations, and changes
  • Act as a liaison with external vendors to push projects to completion

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Medicare Risk Adjustment - Required
  • Problem-solving mindset and systems approach to operations
  • Understanding of information systems, data extraction, and integrations
  • Ability to manage projects from requirement gathering to completion
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Impeccable organizational skills, with strong attention to detail

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelors degree strongly preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting business systems, operations, and/or project management
