MUST: The Executive Assistant- Office Coordinator should have the following: Comfortable working as an executive assistant Strong technical aptitude Experience with Hubspot Marketing experience Strong calendar management Creating Power Point presentations with graphics Experience drafting and editing correspondence and creating spread sheets Creating agendas Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint and databases Proactive with the ability to anticipate needs Customer Service oriented Extremely detailed, organized and proactive with the ability to work independently Ability to pivot and as the day goes by to and provide support on various projects Bachelor's Degree preferred

DUTIES: The duties of the Executive Office Coordinator include but are not limited to the following: Provide executive assistant support to the CEO Handle calendar management and set up and schedule meetings and appointments Create and edit correspondence, spread sheets, Power Point Presentations Respond professionally to emails and phone calls Handle marketing duties Pick up mail Go to bank and make bank deposits Handle personal errands Provide support on various projects Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
