Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Integrated Insights Data Warehouse by using statistical methods to design, implement, and manage software and data workflows used for ingesting, transforming, validating, and performing quality assurance of third-party healthcare data.

Collect, organize, interpret, and summarize numerical data to provide usable information.

Manage the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of new and existing data workflows, including state-level ETL processes and SQL-based transformations, and identify opportunities to improve data acquisition, standardization, quality assurance, and delivery across large-scale healthcare datasets.

Architect and maintain healthcare data warehouses and master datasets using SQL Server, Alteryx, and orchestration frameworks, enabling longitudinal, cross-state analysis critical to provider performance measurement and regulatory compliance.

Lead healthcare data projects involving CMS Qualified Entity (QE) datasets, including data ingestion, standardization, validation, and de-identification of healthcare records in compliance with regulatory and privacy requirements.

Conduct gap analysis to identify solutions that meet documented business requirements and collaborate with development teams to ensure technical designs meet established standards.

Develop automated business and operational workflows using Power Automate to support processes such as use case submissions, approval management, operational tracking, and analytics request fulfillment.

Design and develop analytical dashboards to track quarterly and year-over-year key performance indicator (KPI) metrics and to support monitoring and management of vendor contracts, including renewal timelines and notifications.

Uses the following tools and technologies:

SQL Server (SSMS), Relational Database Management Systems, Advanced SQL, Alteryx, ETL/ELT Data Processing Frameworks, Data Warehousing Architectures, Healthcare Claims and Discharge Data, CMS Qualified Entity (QE) Data, ICD-9-CM, ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT/HCPCS Diagnosis and Procedure Coding
