About the Role:

APremium Healthcare Solution, LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and driven LTC Lead Data Entry Technician to join our team in Conyers, GA. This is a key leadership role where you'll help ensure the accuracy and efficiency of critical long-term care data operations. Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee daily data entry operations for long-term care (LTC) pharmacy processing

Enter and verify patient demographic, insurance, and prescription information with high accuracy

Review and audit data entries for errors, inconsistencies, and compliance with LTC standards

Train and mentor junior data entry technicians on workflows and best practices

Coordinate with pharmacists, billing, and clinical staff to resolve data discrepancies

Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR) and pharmacy management systems

Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and company data privacy policies

Requirements:

Prior experience in LTC pharmacy, healthcare data entry, or pharmacy technician role required

Strong knowledge of long-term care pharmacy operations and insurance billing processes

Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) preferred

Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite
