Responsibilities
  • Build and expand a healthcare banking portfolio across the Dallas market with a focus on physicians, medical groups, surgery centers and larger healthcare organizations
  • Generate new business through proactive prospecting, existing relationships, warm acquisition leads and strategic referral partnerships
  • Develop strong referral networks with CPAs, attorneys, medical associations, industry groups and other centers of influence
  • Manage and deepen existing client relationships while identifying opportunities across lending, deposits, treasury services and private banking
  • Attend healthcare conferences, association events and industry functions to strengthen market visibility and uncover new opportunities
  • Maintain an active pipeline and accurate client activity in Salesforce while consistently driving relationships toward measurable production
  • Partner across wealth management and private banking teams to deliver sophisticated, white-glove solutions that address both business and personal financial needs

Requirements
  • 7+ years of commercial or business banking experience with a strong specialization in healthcare banking
  • Proven success developing relationships with physicians, surgery centers, medical groups, and other sophisticated healthcare organizations
  • Demonstrated production history including $20M+ in healthcare loans, $10M+ in healthcare deposits and an outstanding loan portfolio of approximately $150M-$200M or more
  • Strong business development track record with the ability to independently source clients, communicate a differentiated value proposition and win larger, relationship-driven transactions
  • High degree of social acumen with an executive presence that builds credibility quickly with clients, referral partners and internal leadership
  • Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM along with strong Excel skills and comfort navigating modern banking technology
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with substantial relevant banking experience considered in place of formal education

Benefits
  • Competitive base salary of $175,000-$250,000 DOE with flexibility for exceptional senior-level experience
  • Significant incentive compensation potential with performance-based earnings that can reach approximately $20,000-$50,000 per quarter
  • Annual RSU awards with potential value of approximately $25,000-$50,000
  • Medical benefits with eligibility beginning the first of the month following the start date
  • 401(k) with a 3% employer contribution and eligibility beginning the first of the month following the start date
  • Four weeks of PTO for VP-level employees with the option to purchase an additional week
  • Standard banking holidays plus a floating holiday, wellness day, and separate state-specific sick time

If you have the healthcare banking relationships, production history and business development instincts to build a market from the ground up, apply today and take ownership of an opportunity with serious growth potential.
