Top AmLaw 100 law firm seeks an associate to join the Health Care & Life Sciences practice in their Boston office.


Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and possess expertise in those aspects of health regulatory law applicable to the health care and life sciences industries including FDA regulatory matters, clinical research, and fraud and abuse. Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements is preferred, but not required.


Candidates should possess strong academic credentials and have excellent communication and writing skills. Juris Doctorate degree required. Admission to practice law in Massachusetts is mandatory.
