The Business Analytics Consultant leads the strategy, development, and execution of analytics capabilities that enable and scale Premise Health's product organization. This role is responsible for transforming how analytics informs product strategy, development, performance management, and growth.
Reporting to the AVP of Product, Sales & Growth Analytics, this role serves as the primary bridge between Product, Data & Insights, and Technology teams, ensuring all products and sub-products are supported by scalable, reliable, and actionable analytics that enable more effective decision-making across the product lifecycle.
This is a full time, remote Business Analytics Consultant role.
What You'll Do
• Defines and leads the product analytics strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and the evolving needs of the product organization.
• Establishes scalable analytics frameworks, including product success metrics, ROI methodologies, and attribution frameworks in partnership with the Data Science organization.
• Partners with product leadership to embed analytics throughout the product lifecycle, including identifying market opportunities and supporting validation of product structure, pricing, and value propositions.
• Ensures analytics is incorporated early in product development through defined KPIs and success metrics that support effective product design, iteration, and performance measurement.
• Oversees the design and delivery of analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support product performance tracking, client reporting, and internal decision-making.
• Ensures standardization, scalability, and integration of data from core systems, including Epic, third-party vendors, and claims data sources.
• Works across Product, Data & Insights, and application development teams to align product design, system configuration, data capture, and reporting logic.
• Establishes processes that improve coordination, transparency, and execution across teams while ensuring analytics requirements are considered throughout product and system development.
• Partners with product owners to monitor and manage product performance, identify key drivers of margin, utilization, and outcomes, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Supports growth initiatives by identifying target client segments, evaluating product opportunities, positioning value propositions, and contributing to market analysis and portfolio expansion efforts.
What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, product analytics, strategy, or related field.
• Experience working with product organizations, clinical programs, or data-driven business functions.
• Experience operating within complex data ecosystems, including EHR systems, claims data, and third-party vendor platforms.
• SQL experience, Business Intelligence experience, and experience presenting to executive audiences required.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams.
• Strong product analytics and business strategy mindset with demonstrated experience building analytics capabilities and frameworks.
• Deep understanding of ROI methodologies, performance measurement frameworks, and product success metrics.
• Ability to operate effectively across strategy, execution, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $100,000.00 - $170,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will earn 0.0692 hours of paid time off per actual hours worked or based on standard schedule, per pay period, and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
