Hour: Part Time 0.50 FTE (20 hours/week)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4 hours/day.

Job Description:
The System Occupational Health Workers Compensation Coordinator acts as a liaison between the healthcare system, employer, employee, and insurance company. They serve as an ambassador to assist with worker's compensation questions, clarify work restrictions, facilitate treatment needs, and communicate system updates. Responsible for participating in improvement strategies to optimize and enhance worker compensation processes across the Emplify Health by Bellin system.
Qualifications:
Education -
  • Required: Associate degree in Nursing Education
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Experience -
  • Required: 1 year of RN experience in a health care setting
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in occupational or employee health and safety, or work comp case management

Licenses and Certifications -
  • Required: RN license to practice in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa
  • Preferred: COHN, COHN-S, or CCM certification.
