JOB SUMMARYReporting to the Health & Wellness Director, the Health & Wellness Manager ensures the general well-being of residents by providing a system of services for residents in a manner and environment that provides dignity and full recognition of each resident’s individuality. Responsible for providing oversight of assigned clinical duties and operations. The Health and Wellness Manager will provide clinical expertise to assure the highest level of quality care for residents to achieve clinical excellence, as well as a holistic and resident-directed care focus. The Health and Wellness Manager respectfully interacts with all residents, family members, visitors, colleagues, and staff.
