We are looking for a Digital Senior Account Executive to join our best-in-class Healthcare team.  This position will help to establish the digital strategic vision for a number of client initiatives.

We are seeking a Digital Senior Account Executive (SAE) with a passion for healthcare communications and expertise in digital marketing. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can support and lead digital initiatives across multiple pharmaceutical clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in paid and organic digital campaigns, social media strategy, content development, and analytics.

We are in need of someone who understands the healthcare space and has a passion for working with healthcare clients.

What you'll do:
  • Support and lead the development of digital marketing and social media strategies for pharmaceutical clients, ensuring alignment with overall brand and communications goals.
  • Manage day-to-day execution of digital campaigns, including social media, paid media, influencer engagement, content marketing, and SEO/SEM initiatives.
  • Develop compelling digital content, including social media posts, blogs, email campaigns, and multimedia assets.
  • Oversee social media community management, monitoring engagement, responding to comments, and ensuring regulatory compliance in all communications.
  • Analyze digital campaign performance using data analytics tools, generating insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, emerging platforms, and pharmaceutical industry regulations to guide clients on best practices and innovations.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and expertise in digital marketing and campaign execution.
Experience that contributes to success:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or communications, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of managing digital campaigns for pharmaceutical or healthcare clients, including HCP and patient-targeted initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels, including organic and paid social, programmatic advertising, influencer marketing, and content strategy.
  • Experience working within regulatory and compliance guidelines for pharmaceutical communications, including FDA regulations.
  • Proficiency with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.), CRM platforms, and social listening tools.
  • Exceptional writing and content creation skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific information into engaging digital content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
