Job description

We are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our patients and are excited to welcome a motivated Medical Receptionist / Front Desk Receptionist to our team.
Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable, proactive receptionist who is fluent in Spanish and has strong front desk, administrative, and customer service experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist patients warmly at the front desk and by phone, delivering excellent customer service
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage calendars, and support medical office operations
  • Draft correspondences and other office communications in a professional, clerical manner
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate recordkeeping
  • Support daily administrative and front desk receptionist tasks for smooth office flow
  • Provide assistance to patients, providers, and medical assistants as needed
  • Help cultivate a welcoming, inclusive, and professional healthcare office environment
Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist, front desk receptionist, or administrative assistant required
  • Background in a medical office, healthcare facility, or adult day care preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong computer proficiency and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication abilities with a positive, professional demeanor
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
