Trailbound Rehabilitation & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist to join our esteemed team at our Arlington, Virginia, outpatient facility. The outpatient office setting of Trailbound Rehabilitation & Wellness Center is designed to foster an atmosphere of healing and support. Located in the vibrant community of Arlington, Virginia, our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art resources and a team of multidisciplinary professionals focused on delivering comprehensive rehabilitation services. Here, physical therapists work alongside other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, fostering an engaging and collaborative environment.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients’ physical conditions, applying evidence-based methodologies to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement treatment protocols based on evaluation findings, monitoring each patient's progress and adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal care outcomes.

• Document patient care activities meticulously, including evaluations, treatment interventions, progress notes, and discharge summaries, to maintain compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance treatment efficacy, participating in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient progress and care strategies.

• Ensure the continuity of care by facilitating discharge planning and follow-up care, effectively communicating with patients regarding their health status and rehabilitation goals.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to remain current with industry standards, practices, and regulations.

• Maintain respectful communication with patients, their families, and team members, fostering a positive atmosphere within the clinic.

Your role will primarily focus on treating a diverse range of patients, particularly those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. You will apply therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and innovative rehabilitation strategies to restore mobility, alleviate pain, and improve function. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

• Valid Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.

A minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly within outpatient orthopedics, is highly preferred. Candidates with advanced skills in assessment and treatment protocols, combined with a proven track record of enhancing patient outcomes, will be prioritized.

Trailbound Rehabilitation & Wellness Center offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
