Spanning 5,000 square feet, our center is equipped with the latest technology and rehabilitation tools, ensuring that our patients receive the best care possible. Our practice focuses on individuals with private medical insurance, allowing for personalized attention and treatment modalities that are cost-effective and evidence-based.

This full-time position is based onsite in Middleburg, VA, where we uphold a warm and welcoming atmosphere that encourages healing and recovery. As part of a small team comprising two experienced physical therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will collaborate closely to deliver high-quality patient care. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life equilibrium while accommodating consistent patient visits.

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer a structured treatment regimen per patient-hour, focusing on maximizing recovery and rehabilitation outcomes.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and introduce innovative therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility and overall physical health.
• Track patient progress, document treatment sessions meticulously, and adjust care strategies as needed to ensure optimal recovery paths.
• Provide education and motivation to patients, guiding them in enhancing their functional abilities through personalized exercise and wellness programs.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to tailor comprehensive patient care solutions.
• Promote lifestyle modifications that enhance patient strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
• Advocate for alternative therapies to manage pain, aiming to reduce reliance on medication and invasive surgical procedures.

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals who are seeking recovery from various orthopedic conditions. This includes post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management among active adults. We strive to cater to diverse ages and fitness levels, tailoring our approach to respect individual goals and complexes while maximizing their physical capability.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active Physical Therapist license in Virginia, with a clean disciplinary record.
• Strong manual therapy skills, supplemented with hands-on training.
• Proficient in creating and implementing effective exercise regimens tailored to various patient profiles.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, is advantageous for documenting patient interactions.

• A minimum of one year of experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• History of developing and delivering sports-specific rehabilitation programs.
• Experience working with diverse patient demographics and conditions.

The compensation for this full-time position is competitive, with a salary range between USD 90,000 and 100,000 per year.
