Our practice focuses on individuals with private medical insurance, allowing for personalized attention and treatment modalities that are cost-effective and evidence-based.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite in Middleburg, VA, where we uphold a warm and welcoming atmosphere that encourages healing and recovery. As part of a small team comprising two experienced physical therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will collaborate closely to deliver high-quality patient care. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life equilibrium while accommodating consistent patient visits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer a structured treatment regimen per patient-hour, focusing on maximizing recovery and rehabilitation outcomes.

  • Track patient progress, document treatment sessions meticulously, and adjust care strategies as needed to ensure optimal recovery paths.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
  • Active Physical Therapist license in Virginia, with a clean disciplinary record.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position is competitive, with a salary range between USD 90,000 and 100,000 per year.
