At Degree Wellness, we combine advanced wellness technologies with five-star service to create a premium self-care experience for our community. As a Wellness Associate, you’ll guide guests through leading-edge therapies like cryotherapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, compression massage, IV drips, and more — helping them build wellness routines that truly make a difference.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet guests with positivity and professionalism, creating an exceptional first impression.

  • Educate members on our services and recommend personalized wellness routines.

  • Convert first-time guests into loyal members through engaging tours and consultative sales.

  • Manage scheduling, phone inquiries, and point-of-sale transactions with accuracy.

  • Maintain a clean, calming, and welcoming studio environment.

  • Support member retention through follow-up, relationship-building, and community engagement.

  • Collaborate with your team to create an energized, service-focused culture.

What You Bring:

  • 6+ months of customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience.

  • Friendly, enthusiastic energy and a genuine passion for wellness.

  • Comfortable using scheduling software, phones, and POS systems.

  • Flexibility to work opening, mid-day, and closing shifts, including weekends.

  • A sales mindset with a member-first approach.

Schedule & Availability:

This is a primarily part-time position with flexible scheduling opportunities.

  • Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
