Job description

The Director, Enterprise Systems - Health will serve as a senior technology leader within Global Technology Systems (GTS), partnering closely with the Health Business Division to deliver reliable, scalable, and futureready enterprise systems. This role owns the delivery, operational excellence, and strategic alignment of Health's enterprise systems portfolio, while leading the transition of Health ES capabilities into GTS.

As the primary technology counterpart to Health business leadership, the Director translates business strategy into measurable technology outcomes, ensuring system stability today and enabling longterm transformation. The role is accountable for enterprise platform performance, roadmap execution, and modernization initiatives, while driving collaboration across Architecture, Engineering, Security, Data, and PMO teams. Through strong business partnership, disciplined execution, and a focus on continuous improvement, this leader ensures Health enterprise systems support growth, transformation, and M&A initiatives at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead ES technology workstreams for the Health to GTS transition, serving as the primary liaison to Health leaders and managing risks and dependencies to GTS transition, serving as the primary liaison to Health leaders and managing risks and dependencies to GTS transition, serving as the primary liaison to Health leaders and managing risks and dependencies
  • Act as the dedicated ES technology partner for the Health Business Division, translating business priorities into measurable technology outcomes
  • Own execution of the "Health" division's ES portfolio and roadmap across enterprise platforms, aligned to business strategy, system health, and architecture standards
  • Ensure operational stability, availability, and performance of Health business systems, including incident management, escalation, and root cause analysis
  • Drive continuous improvement across integrations, automation, monitoring, and release readiness
  • Partner with Health business transformation leaders to define and deliver the multiyear technology roadmap and modernization initiatives
  • Lead technology due diligence, integration, and execution for 'Health' division related M&A initiatives.
  • Drive alignment across Architecture, Engineering, Security, Data, and PMO organizations for Health Enterprise Systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience required
  • Master's degree and certifications (ITIL, PMP, Scrum/Product, TOGAF, cloud) preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology or business systems with progressive leadership responsibility
  • Proven success managing complex, global technology portfolios and business critical systems
  • Strong business partnership skills across Finance, Operations, Product, Data, and Engineering
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, workflow automation, and integration platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
  • Experience supporting M&A, largescale transitions, or reorganizations preferred

Compensation:

$181,900.00 - $325,050.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.
