Department: Social Services
Job Status: Full-Time
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Rate of Pay: $48.00 - $54.00 Hourly

Position Description
Do you believe in the power of compassionate, evidence-based care to change lives?
We're seeking a dedicated Mental Health Professional to provide clinical assessment, therapeutic intervention, and crisis support for individuals in our behavioral health programs. In this role, you'll work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality mental health services that promote stability, recovery, and dignity for every person served.
What You'll Do
  • Conduct screenings, diagnostic evaluations, and individualized treatment planning.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy (individual and group) to individuals served.
  • Deliver crisis assessment and intervention as needed.
  • Document all assessments, interventions, and progress notes accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to coordinate care and discharge planning.
  • Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and quality improvement activities.
  • Ensure all services comply with licensure standards, ethical guidelines, and facility policies.
  • Support a culture of empathy, accountability, and clinical excellence.

What We're Looking For
Education & Training
  • Master's degree in mental health counseling, social work, psychology, or a related discipline (required)

Experience
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a mental health treatment program (required)
  • Two (2) years of experience working with the population served (preferred)
  • Experience in a secure or hospital setting (preferred)

Licenses/Certifications
  • Licensed or license-eligible in the state of practice (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, Psychologist) (required)
