• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate client needs, establish their individual treatment plans, and monitor progress over time.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, fostering a seamless approach to client care that addresses all aspects of well-being.
• Provide crisis intervention services, responding effectively and compassionately to clients in acute distress, utilizing your training and experience to stabilize situations.
• Participate in community outreach programs and workshops aimed at promoting mental health education and reducing stigma, playing a pivotal role in the community’s awareness and understanding of mental health issues.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for establishing rapport and fostering therapeutic relationships with a diverse clientele.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure timely documentation of client interactions.
• Proven cultural competence and the ability to work effectively with clients from various backgrounds, adapting approaches to meet their individual needs.

• Experience working in remote environments and utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy sessions is highly valued.
• Prior involvement in community outreach or educational initiatives focused on mental health promotion is a plus.
• Ability to navigate electronic health record systems and familiarity with therapeutic documentation best practices enhances workflow efficiency.

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
