• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.
• Provide psychotherapy sessions for clients, focusing on evidence-based practices to enhance coping mechanisms and promote mental health recovery.
• Regularly evaluate and update treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, ensuring that care is responsive and effective.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, employing mature judgment to manage high-stress situations and offer immediate support to clients.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and other staff members within the multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive behavioral health services.
• Screen patients for mental health conditions, substance abuse, and other related issues, providing referrals to specialized services as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all mental health policies and procedures, ensuring a high standard of care is upheld throughout the behavioral health program.

The LCSW will work with a diverse population, addressing an array of mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychosocial issues. • Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure to practice as an LCSW in the state of Nevada.

• Computer literacy and experience with electronic health record systems are required for managing patient data.

• History of providing counseling and crisis intervention in high-pressure situations, contributing to successful client outcomes.
• Knowledge of current local, state, and federal behavioral health programs and resources.
