We are seeking a Provider Services Program Assistant who will be responsible to provide administrative support to the Provider Services department and perform related functions as assigned by the program management
What you'll do:
  • Monitor Provider Direct and correct errors in timely, accurate manner
  • Review/ analyze/correct data in electronic computer record and/or spreadsheets
  • Assist with consumer/provider calls as needed
  • Assisting Quality and Contracts Manager with other projects
  • Other duties as assigned
