This full-time position is primarily remote, leveraging telehealth technology to provide convenient access to mental health counseling for our clients. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while collaborating with a dynamic team of clinical professionals committed to enhancing client outcomes. While the standard work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, occasional evening and weekend availability may be required to accommodate client needs and ensure comprehensive service delivery.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine clients' mental health needs through virtual consultations.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are tailored to the specific goals of each client, utilizing various therapeutic modalities.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling, employing effective therapeutic interventions suited to a diverse population.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and wellness coaches, to ensure holistic client care.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure client records, adhering strictly to ethical and legal guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision, case discussions, and professional development opportunities to enhance your practice.

As an LPCC at Mind Journey Counseling Hub, you will develop and manage treatment for clients struggling with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Your empathetic approach will help clients navigate their emotional difficulties and foster resilience, leading to meaningful, long-term change.

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
• A Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting individual and group therapy in mental health settings.
• Proficient in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to mental health counseling.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with both clients and team members.
• Commitment to ethical standards and ensuring client confidentiality.

• Experience in telehealth counseling or other remote service delivery settings.
• Special certifications in trauma-informed care or addiction counseling.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including culturally sensitive practices.

Mind Journey Counseling Hub offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
