• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, delivering effective interventions to individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation while adhering to ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to create a holistic and well-rounded treatment approach that supports client well-being.
• Actively participate in continuing education opportunities, workshops, and trainings to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health care and best practices.
• Manage a caseload allocated based on availability and expertise, while demonstrating adaptability to changes in client needs and treatment modalities.

This role focuses on serving a diverse clientele with varying mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, as well as familiarity with telehealth technologies to facilitate virtual sessions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a clinical team, contributing to a positive and cohesive work environment.

• Specialization in one or more areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment.
• Experience working with vulnerable populations and knowledge of community resources to enhance client care.
• Commitment to maintaining ongoing professional development through trainings, certifications, or workshops.
