Willow & Bloom Behavioral Health is excited to invite dedicated professionals to consider a full-time position as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) within our outpatient clinic in Smyrna, Georgia. Work Environment

The position offers a flexible work setting, allowing counselors to deliver services remotely while still maintaining a physical outpatient office presence for client meetings. Operating Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, this role prioritizes work-life balance, enabling our counselors to excel both professionally and personally.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering therapeutic services to clients facing diverse challenges, including mood disorders, relationship issues, trauma, and stress management.
  • Conducting thorough mental health assessments, including intake evaluations and diagnostic assessments, to develop and implement tailored treatment plans.
