Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Licensed Mental Health Counselor include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and challenges.
• Developing effective and personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others.

• Establishing therapeutic goals with clients and consistently monitoring their progress to ensure they are on the right path toward achieving their mental health objectives.
• Facilitating teletherapy options to accommodate clients' accessibility challenges and preferences, enhancing their ability to receive support.
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, upholding ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development activities, including training and workshops, to stay informed about best practices and new methodologies in mental health treatment.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience
