Job Title: Policy Analyst

Disclaimer: This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards. Qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients. This position requires candidates to obtain and maintain the required government security clearances.

Interested candidates must complete online application, submit a resume or CV, plus cover letter, and proof of educational qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists in complex projects which utilize management analysis and research techniques to identify: short, medium, and long-term policy options, impacts of policies to stakeholders & laws, and priorities.

  • Assists in the review of materials.

  • Prepares reports detailing the efficacy of programs and policies, strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations.

  • Assesses the impact of proposed legislation and prepared fiscal estimates.

  • Present analyses and recommendations to committees.

  • Promotes data-driven policy.

  • High level of knowledge of program, policy, and funding issues.

  • Strong public presentation skills.

  • Provides editorial and content feedback.

  • Evaluates policy principles to describe values driving decisions and directions.

  • Reviews requests and answers questions regarding policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science (BS), Bachelor of Arts (BA), Master of Science (MS) or Master of Arts (MA) degree and minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required government security clearances.

  • U.S. Citizen.
